Our two-year rotational Graduate Program begins every second year in February across various teams within Vocus, and is focussed on products, information technology, program management, sales, business operations, data, customer experience, and engineering.
Every seven months, you'll rotate to a new team across the business, allowing you to learn and develop new skills and gain hands-on industry experience. We provide formal training such as quarterly development workshops, online learning modules, career coaching sessions, mentoring and more.

In the program, you’ll gain hands-on industry experience and have the opportunity to work on real, impactful business projects over your three rotations, across three different teams.
Our Hybrid Way of Working is designed to maximise the benefits of spending time together while providing you with some flexibility around your week. We work a minimum of 2 days a week in the office and the rest of the week from home. We support a work-life balance in a way that works well for the business, your team and you.
In your second year - either before your third rotation or upon conclusion of the program – we’ll give you two months of paid travel leave (in addition to paid annual leave) to use for whatever adventure you desire, to explore the world and recharge! *Note there will be some conditions to this which will be discussed at the time of recruitment.

To be eligible, you must be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree or have completed your university studies in the last five years. You also must be an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.
No, it does not matter which university you completed your studies at. Although the program will be based in Melbourne, and you will need to be able to relocate prior to the commencement of the program in February if you are in another state.
To be considered you’ll need a minimum of 65% grade point average.
Our application process typically involves completing the online application, followed by an online psychometric test, a short video interview, attending a live or virtual Assessment Centre and lastly a final interview.
We offer a competitive salary in line with the graduate market. We will discuss this with you throughout the recruitment process.
Our flexible hybrid way of working work model supports our team members to create a balance that works for them. For most roles, team members work from a Vocus office a minimum of two days a week, with the other days working from home.
Vocus will support all performing graduates to transition into a role at the end of the two-year program.
The 2025 program is based in Melbourne, and we require you to work from the Melbourne office at least twice a week. This may require you to move interstate if you are currently located outside of Victoria.
