Now in her 8th year with the company, she's created unique opportunities for both her professional growth and her family's international experience.

After Shilpa Kavadia had her first child, she took an extended maternity break from her impressive global career. That break then turned into a sabbatical, giving her opportunity to focus on her two children. Six years later, when Shilpa’s children settled into kindergarten and preschool, she felt it was time to re-enter the workforce.
