The Graduate Program has been a life-changing experience for Monique. Her rotations in Digital Sales & Transformation, Enterprise Solution Consulting and AI and Automation have helped her discover her strengths, and working with her fellow graduates has been a huge highlight. “Being able to navigate corporate life and go through the Program together has been an incredible experience”, Monique shares.

Another standout for Monique is the variety of role opportunities available for graduates. "Having three rotations in completely different areas of the business has helped me understand how I work best and where my talents can thrive”, she explains. Monique has now completed the two-year program and has recently taken on a permanent role as an Associate AI Analyst within Vocus’s Automation & AI Innovation Program. “I’m thrilled about this opportunity to work in such a dynamic environment”, she says. “My passion for AI drives me to explore new technologies and discover how they can enhance our ways of working and elevate standards at Vocus.” She’s also excited about contributing to innovative projects and continuing to learn from her peers and mentors. “Being part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and innovation is so inspiring”, she adds.

From the start, Monique has been impressed by the supportive culture at Vocus. “The visible support employees show each other is incredible. This collaborative environment has also allowed her to engage directly with stakeholders, own her projects and even present to the CEO. "The exposure I've had to the business and leadership has exceeded all my expectations”, Monique says.
