Ms Mauger joins Vocus from Cleanaway where she was Chief People Officer. Prior to this she held Executive People leadership roles with Incitec Pivot, Thiess Mining Services and Worley Parsons.

Ms Mauger has over 30 years’ experience and has an outstanding track record enabling leaders to lead the employee lifecycle, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, cultural resets, and working with ASX100 Boards on executive reward frameworks and talent management, development and succession planning. She also brings deep expertise in DEI, both in the setting and delivery of business aligned People and DEI strategy, and her experience spans a broad mix of industries and extends across a global footprint, including mature and emerging economies.
